Now Accepting Applications for the 2019 ESL Legacy Scholarship
Every year, the ESL Legacy Scholarship provide college scholarship support to children whose parents studied English as a Second Language through classes or tutoring offered by the Literacy Council of Montgomery County. In providing financial support, the scholarship seeks to enable financially disadvantaged youth to pursue higher education.
